Putting it simply, TMN Group puts advertisers and consumers together. TMN Group has over 2000 clients, for whom we help to create hundreds of millions of pounds of online sales each year in our key territories - the UK, Holland, Spain and the US.
Ultimately, TMN Group can present a single-source service - a one stop shop which can handle all the online marketing requirements of our clients, which, when coupled with the in-depth understanding of what a user actually wants, will help feed our success for many years to come.

Gavin Male
Managing Director TMN Group
Gavin has worked for the Group since 2002, during his career he has worked his way from an Account Manager, to Sales Director, and then Managing Director of tmnmedia. Following the acquisitions of EDR and AffiliateFuture, Gavin moved into a group role as the Director of Group Sales and Marketing. This role was created to leverage the multitude of cross sales opportunities within the group's 2000+ clients. After two years in the role, Gavin stepped up as Managing Director of TMN Group in 2010, refocusing the businesses and taking it back to its core focus of online, direct response, consumer advertising. A physics graduate with over twelve years of sales and management experience, Gavin joined the group from an IT and new media recruitment background where he first began forging his first relationships in the new media sector.
Gavin has worked for the Group since 2002, during his career he has worked his way from an Account Manager, to Sales Director, and then Managing Director of tmnmedia. Maria Del Mar Souza Fontan
Managing Director AffiliateFuture, Spain
Following her experience in AffiliateFuture UK, María del Mar Souza headed up the launch of the AffiliateFuture Spanish operation in February 2007. AffiliateFuture Spain has since experienced an astonishing growth, becoming one of the networks of reference in the country, with a portfolio of over 150 active campaigns across different verticals. María is a Business & Management graduate with a postgraduate degree in MSc Marketing Management.
Following her experience in AffiliateFuture UK, María del Mar Souza headed up the launch of the AffiliateFuture Spanish operation in February 2007. Brian Lim
Managing Director AffiliateFuture, US
Brian is responsible for managing business development and overall expansion for AffiliateFuture US. Brian has been with AffiliateFuture US since its launch in 2005, handling all facets of the business from Account Manager, to Sales Manager, to now overseeing the network's growth in the US market by forging strategic partnerships with key advertisers and digital agencies. Brian graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications.
Brian is responsible for managing business development and overall expansion for AffiliateFuture US. Brian has been with AffiliateFuture US since its launch in 2005, handling all facets of the business from Account Manager, to Sales Manager, to now overseeing the network's growth in the US market by forging strategic partnerships with key advertisers and digital agencies. Brian graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications.
Mark Ash
Managing Director, tmnpublishing
Mark is responsible for the commercial development of all TMN Media properties and non-sales operations. Mark joined TMN after a successful stint at Tri-Direct where he led the establishment of their digital marketing division. Mark first started his online marketing career at DoubleClick where he developed his expertise across a range of online marketing disciplines, delivering services for the likes of Procter & Gamble, Sainsbury's and Intel. In later years he turned his attention to client-side operations, focusing specifically on user experience and web usability, and led the development of consumer websites for Ntl:Telewest (now Virgin Media) and BT. Mark is a law graduate with more than 8 years digital marketing experience.

Len Burgess
Sales Director tmnmedia
Len Burgess joined TMN in November 2009 as the Sales Director for tmnmedia. With a major focus on new business development and strategic partnerships with agencies and major clients, his current role as Sales Director has a clear purpose to develop cross sales opportunities within the group's 2000+ clients. With 11 years sales experience under his belt, 9 of these being within the Online Marketing arena Len is a valued member of the TMN Group.

Joanna Flegg
Head of Group Media Partnerships
Joanna Flegg is responsible for TMN's data and media partnerships across the group. Joanna joined the company in 2003 during her career she has worked her way from a sales account manager, to Sales Manager of tmnmedia and then to Head of Group Media Partnerships for the TMN Group. Before joining TMN, Joanna had a 10 year career at the forefront of new media, including roles at Freeserve/Wanadoo.

Phil Blackman
Technical Campaigns Operations Manager
Coming from a web development background Phil joined the company back in 2004. In that time he has been involved in numerous email, web and data related projects. He has seen his role develop from dealing with email campaigns to full life-cycle web builds. Now heading up the Operations team who handle upwards of 8m consumer records on a weekly basis, as well as supporting many other division within the group. His technical knowledge within the marketplace spans over 10 years experience within the new media sector. He is keen football and golf fan and will often be found on the terraces or a golf course somewhere.
