Mark was appointed CEO in June 2004 and has driven the rapid growth of the Group and its recent acquisition activity. Following a period during which he was a consultant to the Group, he joined as Commercial Director in 2003 before assuming the CEO role. Prior to TMN, Mark had a 15 year career at the forefront of new media and publishing, including taking Rapide Publishing to a £20 million turnover during the 1990s, and helping DealTime UK, later Shopping.com, move to strong and consistent revenues from start-up.

Paul has a long and established background in market research, working in Australasia, the Americas, EMEA and the UK with clients that included Microsoft, the International Herald Tribune, O2, Tourism Australia and Virgin Money, to name a few. Prior to joining The iD Factor, Paul worked as the client services director for Roy Morgan International, helping establish and set up their business in the UK. In 2005, he was appointed research and insight director of The iD Factor and 18 months later was responsible for the creation of the Group’s research consultancy division, ICD Research. Paul now oversees both expanding divisions.

Gavin Male is responsible for multi-divisional sales within Progressive Digital Media Group Plc as well as supervising the marketing of the group and its divisions. Gavin has worked for the Group since April 2002 and during his career he has worked his way from a sales account manager, to Sales Director and then Managing Director of tmnmedia. With a major focus on new business development and strategic partnerships with agencies and major clients, his current role as Group Sales & Marketing Director was a newly created role in 2008 to leverage the multitude of cross sales opportunities within the group’s 2000+ clients. A physics graduate with more than twelve years of sales experience, he joined the group from an IT and new media recruitment background where he first began forging his first relationships in the new media sector.

Mark is responsible for the commercial development of all TMN Media properties and non-sales operations. Mark has recently joined TMN after a successful stint at Tri-Direct where he led the establishment of their digital marketing division. Mark first started his online marketing career at DoubleClick where he developed his expertise across a range of online marketing disciplines, delivering services for the likes of Procter & Gamble, Sainsbury’s and Intel. In later years he turned his attention to client-side operations, focusing specifically on user experience and web usability, and led the development of consumer websites for Ntl:Telewest (now Virgin Media) and BT. Mark is a law graduate with more than 8 years digital marketing experience.

Julian joined Progressive Digital Media Group Plc in December 2007 as Director of Technology & Development and following the acquisitions of IBG and TAPPS has assumed a global role as CTO for the Group. Prior to Progressive Digital Media Group Plc, Julian’s career encompassed senior technology roles in the construction industry, financial services and the Lloyds insurance market before introducing pay-per-click advertising to Europe as Technical Director at Espotting Media and leading the EMEA technology function for MIVA following FindWhat.com’s acquisition of Espotting and a subsequent global re-branding exercise.

Judi joined Progressive Digital Media Group Plc in January 2006 introducing a dedicated Human Resource function to the rapidly expanding group. Judi’s background working for corporate giants Rank Xerox, and then later for entrepreneurial former Progressive Digital Media Group Plc Chairman, Warren Tayler, made her ideally suited to deliver the structure coupled with the flexibility that is so important to the culture of the Group.
